We had a little celebration the other day for one of my besties (is that a word?), it was her birthday. The weekend before though the fall weather was making me really want a bite of carrot cake for some reason. I went to Bakerella, but to no avail. So I hopped on over to Ms. Pioneer Woman and she hooked me up with a perfect recipe. Nice and moist, perfect frosting, and BIG. We ate it on Saturday, Sunday, the party mid-day on Monday, then the boys and I polished it off during a hand of go-fish on our Monday family night.
