Peanut Pork Wraps

We've become a little obsessed with an app for Lego Stop Action movie making. I'm branching out and using it for something besides mini-figures (shhhh don't tell Benson)  

A family favorite around our table. After following a basic crockpot recipe from this site. I served the pulled pork on a tortilla accompanied by a cabbage slaw, cilantro, lime juice and a peanut butter-ginger-soy sauce paste.  Try it tonight...YUM!
