I know it's been awhile since I've blogged a result from my Pioneer Woman Test Kitchen, this is mainly because nausea overtook me this summer and cooking quite frankly made me ill. But, I'm back. And here is a recipe I especially like over cheese tortellini.
Taste: 4.5 stars

Next Time: Since we had an over abundance of zucchini squash(as we do every Fall) I chopped it and roasted it with the onions which eventually created a thick yummy sauce.
