Lego Club

This summer Benson and I organized a Lego Club. Benson spends most of his days playing and creating with Legos, so we structured the chaos and invited a handful a friends to join us. Lego Club met a couple of times a month and consisted of free play, playing at stations, Lego art time, and snack. Fun was had by all and a new tradition was born!

The first meeting we made club shirts with freezer paper.

Studying instructions and Lego Magazines.

Honorary member!!

Creating...

We painted with Legos.

We colored Lego scenes.

Interpretive art.

And smelly Lego painting (with jello paint)

Snack out back.

Fun memories were made and it was definitely a highlight of Summer 2011!
